Evidence tiers
Primary Ghana regulator and government records lead. Exact-domain operator terms can identify operator claims but cannot prove the regulator accepted that domain. Independent reporting, app records and dated user context help identify questions; they do not prove a complaint.
AI and correction limits
AI-assisted collection and rule-based scoring reduce paid-ranking influence. Sources, dates, limits and a correction channel remain visible. Editorial judgement and later verification are still required.
